Unlike many other plumbing companies, we utilize a standard fee schedule for many of our routine services.  After arriving and diagnosing the problem, you will immediately be informed of the cost to make repairs.  We may occasionally charge for parts and labor for more extensive work, but you will still receive a quote up front prior to any work being performed.  Because we are a service company, we do collect payment on site as soon as the work is completed.  You will never receive a surprise invoice in the mail from Sentry Plumbing. Update 4/30/26: financing is available for qualified customers and work valued at $500 or more.

We accept cash, local checks, most major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, and Venmo.

We handle all the details and payments involved if a job requires a permit.  This is already included in the price quote you will receive.

We stand by our products and services and provide a 2-year parts and labor warranty free of charge (some exceptions apply).

We have chosen to specialize in service plumbing, in line with our mission, vision, and values.  We do not provide extensive construction or remodel services.  Why?  Because we want to be available in a timely manner for as many of our customers as we can!

Our prices are continuously reviewed to ensure two things: that our business is sustainable and our customers receive a fair and honest bill.
